Start of industrial development
The project was developed by the Leningrad Research and Design Institute of the Basic Chemical Industry with the participation of several organizations, including Proektstalkonstruktsiya, Lenstroypromproekt, Giprogazo-ochistka, VNIIGazdobycha, VNIIETO, PromtransNIIproekt and Vodokanalproekt.
Preparatory work has begun, the first drawings for industrial construction and the access road have been created. Construction of the plant’s industrial facilities has been launched, including all the main workshops of the first stage.
