Production Structure of NDFZ
Crushing and Drying Workshop
Unloading, receiving, storing, crushing, and drying of raw materials.
Sinter Production Workshop
Mixing raw materials and sintering them on AKM-7-312 sintering machines.
Crushing, cooling, and sorting the obtained sinter.
Supplying ready sinter to the yellow phosphorus production workshop.
Yellow Phosphorus Production Workshop
Mixing raw materials and producing yellow phosphorus using electrothermal processing in RKZ-80 ore-thermal furnaces.
Draining and processing ferrophosphorus and granulated slag.
Transporting crude phosphorus to the yellow phosphorus storage for further processing and shipment.
Transporting ferrophosphorus to the warehouse and loading granulated slag into dump cars.
Thermal Phosphoric Acid Production Workshop
Producing thermal phosphoric acid by oxidizing yellow phosphorus to phosphorus pentoxide and hydrating it.
Acid is shipped in railway tanks to consumers, with a portion sent to the sodium tripolyphosphate production workshop.
Yellow Phosphorus Processing Department
Refining yellow phosphorus to commercial quality by removing phosphorus sludge.
Washing railway tanks and filling them with refined phosphorus for shipment.
Burning phosphorus sludge to produce phosphoric acid.
Neutralizing and purifying phosphorus-containing wastewater, preparing sodium carbonate solution and lime milk.
Sodium Tripolyphosphate Production Workshop
Producing sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) by neutralizing phosphoric acid with soda ash, drying, and calcining the solution of orthophosphates.
A portion of the orthophosphates is used for producing sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP).
STPP is stored, packed, and loaded into railway cars for shipment.
Nitrogen-Oxygen Compressor Department
